Cargojet Announces Voting Results From Annual Meeting of Shareholders
MISSISSAUGA, ON, APRIL 9, 2015 – Cargojet Inc. (TSX: CJT, CJT.A) (“Cargojet” or the “Corporation”) announced the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders held today at the TSX Gallery, the Exchange Tower, 130 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario.
A total of 4,569,942 common voting shares and variable voting shares representing 49.79% of the Corporation’s issued and outstanding shares were voted in connection with the meeting. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including election of each director nominee as follows:
