Cargojet Announces First Quarter Results

Cargojet Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: CJT.UN) reported today its First Quarter results for the period ended March 31, 2006. These results have been filed on SEDAR and can also be found on the Fund’s website at www.cargojet.com.

The results will be discussed at the Fund’s Annual General Meeting being held, Thursday, April 27, 2006 at the TSX, 130 King Street West, in the Gallery.
