Cargojet Wins Shippers Choice Award

August 16, 2005 – Mississauga, ONT – Canadian Transportation and Logistics magazine, a leading industry publication, embarked on a ground breaking project to provide easily accessible, statistically valid and nationally relevant benchmarks for the quality of service provided by transportation suppliers in this country.

The survey, conducted in conjunction with the federal government and research firm G. Bramm & Associates surveyed 1200 Canadian shippers. Providing them with an opportunity to set benchmarks for expected carrier performance in seven key areas and to rate their top carriers against those benchmarks.

Cargojet is once again the only Canadian carrier who was selected to receive the Shipper’s Choice Award for the third time. Cargojet surpassed shipper expectations in the total Industry Sector Average and particularly in the key areas of On-time Performance, Competitive Pricing, Leaders in Problem Solving, Customer Service and Value-Added Services.
